Will has been in the insurance industry for just over 33 years. He started his career with The Hartford, directly out of college, as a personal lines underwriter. 5 years later, he transitioned into the independent agency system as an agent. Will was one of the founding principles of Elite Insurance Services, Inc. in 2008.
Will holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Kearney State College, now the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Outside of his insurance career, Will enjoys spending time with his family, especially his 11 grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, boating, traveling, Creighton basketball, and Husker football.

Tim is a lifelong resident of Omaha, NE and began his insurance career as a college intern with MetLife/New England Financial in January of 2002. Since then, Tim has earned his CIC designation (Certified Insurance Counselor) and has sat on advisory boards for multiple insurance carriers helping them to improve their products and services.
In 2012, he joined Elite Insurance Services as a managing shareholder and became the Vice President in 2013. Since then, he has strived to bring an Elite experience to his customers in the areas of personal and business insurance as well as income and wealth protection.
Tim and his wife Melissa are the proud parents of 4 children and are enjoying almost every minute of this chapter in life. In addition to the kids’ various sports and musical performances, the family enjoys time together fishing, boating and attending UNO hockey games. Outside of work and family, Tim can be found serving on his local church board and is an active member in the CBMC ministry.

Jerry has not only been an Insurance Agent for 30+ years, but he is also a founding Principal of Elite Insurance. He is experienced in all aspects of personal and business insurance; including life and long term care.
He holds a Business Management degree from the University of Nebraska of Omaha. Additionally, he has earned both his CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designations.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys, bicycling and hiking. Jerry is passionate about volunteering and mentoring with the Good News Jail Ministry and the Teammates Program. Go Huskers!

Linda McDermitt is knowledgeable in assisting with Home, Auto, and Umbrella Insurance. She has held her securities license since 1976. Since then she has worked with her clients to ensure the best placement of their dollars for their futures. Additionally, she holds the Estate Planning School completion certificate.
Twice, Linda has been elected to the Metro Community College Board of Governors, and currently sits as a chair person. She has also served as President for the Professional Insurance Agents Association of Nebraska & Iowa.
Linda’s’ Grandchildren are the joy of her life and she is always a good friend to those around her.

Travis began his insurance career as an intern with Northwestern Mutual while attending Wayne State College. After graduation, he continued to gain industry experience working as a property claims adjuster and as a business development representative for worker’s compensation policies.
Travis maintains Licenses for Property and Casualty Insurance and also holds a Securities License for financial services.
Travis serves on the Board of Directors and is head of the Greens Committee at The Pines Country Club. He and his wife, Courtney, have three children, Jaxon, Elizabeth, and Cooper.
