A note about COVID-19

We are working hard to limit disruptions to our customers. Currently there is no impact to normal customer service operations.

 

As society continues to learn ways to limit the effect of the COVID-19 virus, we feel it important to assure our policy holders we have multiple plans in place to deal with the fluid situation the world is in. Some of the plans in place have already started to limit the exposure in our office with increased cleaning and disinfecting in addition to normal regular hygiene habits.

 

As of March 16th, our office is still open M-F, 8:00am to 5pm. While we would encourage you to call in or email us with questions, payments, or other servicing needs for the foreseeable future, we understand that for some, a trip into the office is best and you will be welcome here. Additionally, at this time, we are still scheduling in person meetings as needed, and will continue to do so unless circumstances change.

 

Should the need to restrict office hours and limit face to face interactions arise, we have a tested plan that can be implemented immediately so that we can continue servicing you over the phone and electronically. This plan can be implemented in the office as well as allowing everyone to work remotely for an indefinite amount of time until things return to normal.

 

We hope that we do not need to implement additional safety measures, but we are prepared and will communicate those changes as needed. While are confident that we have the people, systems and procedures in place to limit any disruptions, we know that there could be things we haven’t anticipated and will continue to revisit our plans and make the needed changes.
